Where: Golden Paws Pet Hotel & Daycare (1759 Sturgeon Point Rd, Derby, NY 14047)
Time: During Daycare, 7am-6pm
Cost: Treats include puppuccinos and a fresh baked good for $3

If submitting a request below, you MUST be able to have someone come to our facility and pick up your pet's gifts on one of the following days:
- Saturday, December 21st between 10AM and 12NOON
- Sunday, December 22nd between 10AM and 12NOON
The address, e-mail, and phone number submitted below will remain private & not be displayed to the public, nor will it be disclosed on the Giving Tree. In having your contact information, the facility can reach out to you should our donors have any questions about your pet's needs.

Weekends: 10AM-12PM
